Bookings &
Reservations
Trip bookings and reservations can only be made through website and ticketing offices.
Bookings and reservations are subject to availability of boats and seats to your destination. In the unlikely event that is unable to fulfill a reservation, affected passenger(s) will be rescheduled to another departure time at no extra cost to the passenger.
Refund Policy
Tickets issued by are non-refundable
Fare Changes
reserves the right to review and change fares without prior notification to customers.
Fare changes will not affect unused valid tickets.
Child Fare Rates
Child fare rates are not available at this moment on boats and destinations
Check-in
Check-in for scheduled departures closes 15-minutes before departure time. Passengers are advised to honor check-in policy, as this will not be extended.
Passengers who miss their check-in, will be rescheduled for the next available departure to ticket destination at not additional cost subject to seat availability.
An acceptable government issued identification must be presented at check-in by passenger.
Luggage Allowance
Passengers are entitled to one medium sized luggage measuring (30x22x15) and weighing not more 5KG. Luggage that exceeds this weight and dimension will be accessed a fee subject to Policy.
Hazardous Materials and
Goods
For the safety of our passengers, hazardous materials such as but not limited to - gas cylinders (empty or with content), generators, building materials, fuel in gallons, agrochemicals, herbicides, pesticides; etc. are not permissible on our boats.
Weapons
For the safety of our passengers, objects classified as weapons including guns, cutlasses, knives etc. are not permitted on our boats except if carried by active law enforcement personnel on duty.
Pets and Animals
For the health and safety of our passengers, pets and animals are not permitted onboard boats.
Agricultural Produce
Goods classified as agricultural produce including bags of rice, beans, crayfish, dry fish, vegetables etc. are not permitted on passenger boats
Passengers are encouraged to ship these goods through cargo boats.
Smoking
For the health and safety of our passengers, smoking is not permitted onboard boats
Ticket Validity
tickets are valid for 30 days from the ticket departure dates. A 25% change fee will be charged passengers who choose to change departure dates of valid tickets.
Ticket Usage
tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold to or used by someone else.
Departure Time
While we will do all within our control to ensure we comply with communicated departure times, in cases where unforeseen circumstances occur, reserves the right to alter the departure time without prior notice or compensation to customer.
Lost or Forgotten Items
Passengers are advised to monitor their luggage while at our terminals and onboard our boats as will not be liable for lost, forgotten or stolen luggage.
Found but unclaimed items will be kept for a maximum of 14 days before it is disposed of.
Perishable items will be disposed off the same day if unclaimed, to prevent contamination.
Debits Without Value on
Website Transactions
In the event that a passenger experiences a debit without ticket value while processing payment on website, passenger is encouraged to notify our customer service immediately at or contact the payment processor for issue resolution or refund.
